All passengers are guaranteed 60 pounds of baggage to travel with them on their flight.
Excess baggage and cargo may be sent as space available, priority freight, or rush freight
Standard Fare Tickets may be rescheduled with greater than 24-hours notice for no additional fees. Cancelled tickets will be refunded immediately upon cancellation with a 20% processing fee. Tickets rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice are non-refundable.
Resident Fare Tickets may be rescheduled with greater than 24 hours notice for no additional fees. Cancelled tickets may be refunded with a 10% processing fee or held on account for up to 6-months after which time they are non-refundable. Tickets rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50.00 fee.
