Standard Fare Tickets may be rescheduled with greater than 24-hours notice for no additional fees. Cancelled tickets will be refunded immediately upon cancellation with a 20% processing fee. Tickets rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice are non-refundable.​​
Resident Fare Tickets may be rescheduled with greater than 24 hours notice for no additional fees. Cancelled tickets may be refunded with a 10% processing fee or held on account for up to 6-months after which time they are non-refundable. Tickets rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50.00 fee.
